Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc supps really help

    Thanks to everyone who gave advice about the calcium, magnesium and zinc supplements. I am taking 2 of these a night which is 66% of your daily recommended dosage, and 2 more magnesium pills which is about 66% too.

    My brain fog is much better and my constipation is getting better.

    My brain fog was so bad I was getting anxious at work. I wasn't sure if I could be as successful at work as I have been in the past. I train teachers and need to be quick and think fast.

    Also, I have had chronic constipation since childhood and even a high fiber diet wasn't getting the results I wanted. I'm amazed that the magnesium supplements work.

    Thanks so much to everyone who gave me advice. My quality of life is improving so much due to everyone here.

    I'm glad it's working for you but be careful taking the extra magnesium supplements. Don't forget that with this supplement, balance is key.

    And after awhile, you might notice that you no longer ache in your muscles too. Very subtle benefit, but it will help.
