Thanks to everyone who gave advice about the calcium, magnesium and zinc supplements. I am taking 2 of these a night which is 66% of your daily recommended dosage, and 2 more magnesium pills which is about 66% too. My brain fog is much better and my constipation is getting better. My brain fog was so bad I was getting anxious at work. I wasn't sure if I could be as successful at work as I have been in the past. I train teachers and need to be quick and think fast. Also, I have had chronic constipation since childhood and even a high fiber diet wasn't getting the results I wanted. I'm amazed that the magnesium supplements work. Thanks so much to everyone who gave me advice. My quality of life is improving so much due to everyone here.
