with out congestion? Having facial pain & headache that feels like a sinus infection but I don't have much congestion--a little from allergies but not like a cold.

Possibly this pain is dental related though too--think I could have a tooth on the right top part of my mouth below my eye going bad and if it is I'm having it pulled--numerious times dentist has done work on it and with Fibro it just doesn't seem to be holding together.

I get that a lot especially this time of year. I use saline spray to wash out and the doc gave me Beconase AQ for it.

Could you be having myofacisal pain? When I get this first thing I think is sinus infection. Do you notice a thick phlegum down your throat? I get more stopped up than congestion.

I had a tooth actually 2 pulled where you are talking about CAUTION!
There is a nerve that runs up your face and its probably inflamed. When the dentist gave me a shot he hit this nerve and caused damage. Now my sinuses are involved in this ongoing nightmare. Going to go ent to see what can be done.
