Hi all, I'm wondering if anybody can access and repost the dicussion sections from two of the new articles,

"Combinations of single nucleotide polymorphisms in neuroendocrine effector and receptor genes predict chronic fatigue syndrome" (( url: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=pubmed&dopt=Abstract&list_uids=16610957&query_hl=1&itool=pubmed_docsum ))

    &

"Polymorphisms in genes regulating the HPA axis associated with empirically delineated classes of unexplained chronic fatigue". ((url: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=pubmed&dopt=Abstract&list_uids=16610949&query_hl=1&itool=pubmed_docsum ))

I just read the transcript of the interview and am interested in seeing how they relate these polymorphisms to chronic fatigue syndrome in more detail, as I'm sure are many others, and what exactly are the effects of the polymorphisms (overexpression/underexpression, decreased activity/increased activity). Much thanks!
