Why do people think that we can just "push" ourselves to get up and do what needs to be done? Right now I'm on the couch trying to dig up enough strenght to get myself to the shower. Once I get to the shower I'll have to dig up more to actually get in and wash. Then to get out and dry off is a job in itself, not to mention I'll have to put on clean pjs and walk to the bed. My husband has had to take me to the bathroom all but one time today. So I ask, do people REALLY think that we just woke up and decided we'd feel this way? I'd have much rather gone to work today instead of take Oxycodone and Flexaril all day!
