Sometimes we hear such sadness on this board, I thought I should tell my testimony. This is such an accepting loving place, I feel so lucky to be here.

I had a very bad virus last spring. Then I started having heart palpatations too. I found out that I had a congenital heart defect while they were testing for the virus.

It was a very hard time for me. I really hit rock bottom, physically and emotionally. I was sick for a very long time. The virus left me with FM. I was in a lot of pain and weak. I was very anxiety ridden- which was not usual for me.
The night was a very dark place- no sleep- just very panicky.

I tried to keep working and taking care of my family and running everywhere. I just couldn't. I missed work. My mom came cross county to do my chores and cook.

It was a dark time for many reasons. Too long of a story for here. Just know that it was bad. Mentally this drained me as each day was a different problem or pain.

I went through a lot with different doctors and testing. I had heart cath. surgery in August (thanks for all for the prayers). The surgery was successful.

The Lord lifted my FM pain during the surgery and for a few days after. All spring and summer I have been "rehabing" myself. Working up on waking distances, going to PT, water therapy. Trying different meds/supplements.

I started working full-time a few weeks ago. I prayed that it would strengthen me, build me up, not knock me down. I have had some days of fatigue. The overall feeling I have is that I am feeling better and better. It takes my mind off of FM.I love my job and the kids I work with.

The Lord has taught me to only deal with today, don't worry about if I can make it the next day, or tomorrow's schedule. I really only focus on today.

I feel almost pain free now. I really think the Lord has worked a wonderful healing in me. I am so grateful. He has lifted me out of a pit and set me on a rock. I am an active participant in my life now.

I really was down, now I am feeling so well. When I walk, you can't even tell anything is wrong. I can buzz around just like I used to. I am so grateful to the Lord for everything he is teaching me. Right now he is teaching me about finances. This is the next area that he will help us with.

Anyway, I just can't say enough about our Lord. I immerse myself with His word, Christian music, and some Christian TV too. I try to shine His light at all times, and know that he is with me. I picture Him with me at work and think how He would want me to do things. I am so blessed.

    Praise Your name, Lord!
    Do I hear an AMEN?

You need to remember your testimony as you deal with your financial situation. Remember back to when you were in that pit. He lifted you up - He took care of you, His daughter. He will NOT let you fall.

Rely on Him, ask Him to show you what He wants of you. Trust in Him and allow Him to complete His work through you.

Thank you so much for sharing this. It was uplifting and I really needed to hear it.

    Thanks again,

It is so wonderful to hear of the ways that God continues to move among His people. I think that God puts "thorns" in our lives sometimes so we can learn and grow from them. Thank You so much for sharing your testimony with all of us.

Thanks for listening. I just thought it was time for some good news. I'd been sitting on this as I started back to work to see how I faired. So far, so good. The Lord is doing such a good work in me.

how God is working in your life. Isn't it amazing that when we are hit low, we suddenly come to the place that God wanted us in all along. Now that you are "sitting on that rock" I know you can touch others who need that reassuring story. I will pray for your finances and that God continues to guide you.
