Also, going out to eat at a very nice place tonight for our 52nd anniversary tonight and will also have wine. Hope that doesn't zing my blood sugar count up too although it is usually pretty good.

I will take my b/p meds for sure. Wondering about the magnesium and GSE, Bad timing for this test but oh well.

Just curious what everyone thought. I am sure Jam will have some answers for me :)!!

Hope to get back here sometime tomorrow.

Mikie - Sorry you are not feeling well again before your big trip !!

    Love to all,

I never stop anything I take before bloodwork.....Mag does not accumulate in our bodies, so we need to keep steady intake of mag...it's important.

Go and enjoy, forget it all for a while and get that sugar high, but come down.....

BTW: I don't even do fasting labs, haven't for a long time as my mornings are so hard to move around so I just know my labs may be a little off, but I chock it up to no fasting....I eat light on those lab days, once a year now, mostly. Remember: white coat syndrome does it everytime....mag helps to keep b/p down so keep it up.
