I have all of the symptoms of fibromyalgia but my SED rate is normal. Is this possible?

Not sure what you are talking about...I don't know what a SED rate is...I do know that I have been diagnosed without one...

You can have a normal SED rate and still have fibro that just means you don't have arthritis.

Or thats what I have heard it means.

    Hope this helps. Pamela

MOST of us with Fibro do not have a high sed rate~

Sed rate shows if you have inflammation in your body.
The higher the sed,..the more inflammation you have.

I have had a high sed rate alot with my Fibro,..but I also have arthritis too. I'm kinda being watched for early RA. ?? with that disease there is a high sed.

I believe anything over 18 for a woman is high.
    Its good news for you~
A high sed can mean further testing is needed.
    Its nothing to ignore.

    Hope this helps
