Of course I cannot reach my doctor or his assistant, I received my test results in the mail today & was hoping someone could help me out.

    Here they are:

    Prolactin - 10.6
    T-4,FREE - 1.1
    TSH - 0.64
    Underneath it says: > 20 years: 0.40-5.50
    Cortisol - 19.0

    Can anyone help? Pleeeeeeeeeeeaasssssssssssse????

I don't know enough about the others but your TSH is good, sort of on the hyper-side but still good. You'd prefer to be a bit hyper rather than hypo. The underneath part is saying that for over 20 years that 0.40-5.50 are the normal ranges.
Hopefully someone else can help you with the rest.

I know of a web-site that helps with the numbers.

    www.labtestsonline.org

    Good luck, Kim

It seems to be all articles now. Help someone, please? I know my endocrinologist's assistant won't get back to me for a month after I've called & left 45 messages or so.

I also like the about.com web site for more information on TSH and thyroid problems. They have an interesting newsletter they send out too.

    More information on http://thyroid.about.com/od/gettestedanddiagnosed/ss/normaltsh_4.htm

That page will give you beginning information and tons of links to more of their articles too.

    Hugs,
