Folks, when I am at my sickest - I think to myself - this has got to me more than CFIDS. Do any of you get so foggybrained that you cannot understand what others are saying.Let me tell you my symptoms. Tell me if any of you have these symptoms or if I need to search elsewhere for a more concise diagnosis from my doc. My symptoms are...

    An undulating illness consisting of......

    Fatigue that varies in intensity
Terrible feeling of internal head pressure
Brain fog that makes you feel like you are losing it (comes with the head pressure)

Some weeks I feel almost normal just tired. Other weeks I can barely get through a day. Also, I had a Pulmonary Embolism in November. ANyone had blood clots?

Ah, a rose by any other name...

Calling our illness Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is like referring to 9-11 as a plane crash. CFS can be devastating. I have both CFS and FMS and for me, the CFS is by far the more debilitating.

Thought this piece of info may help you.

It gives the difference between an immune deficiency and a glandular problem.

    ********

There are signs that your immune system is under serious attack, such as:

    Allergies
    Bacterial Infections
    Chronic Fatigue
    Colds and Flu
    Fungal Infections
    Headaches
    Joint Pain
    Persistent Skin Conditions
    Sleeplessness
    Swelling
    Viral Infections
    Yeast Infections

Signs of an improperly functioning Glandular System include:

    Low Energy
    No Stamina
    Poor Memory
    Vision and Eye Problems
    "Foggy" Mind
    Unrestful Sleep
    Feeling and Looking Old
    Lack of Libido
    Irritability
    Overweight
    General Aches and Pains
    Digestive Disorders

Hope this is of help to you

    Pat.
