I always hate it when I get attached to a tv show, and they cancel it. I hate it even more when they cancel without finishing them! But it happens. If you want to see the list of shows that got the ax, look here: (copied and pasted below also)

I am disappointed to see a few on there that I liked. "Back to You" for one. It was pretty good. I think it was a victim of the writers strike. Never had a chance to build momentum.

I loved "Kid Nation"! I'm bummed they cut that one. But not surprised, as much bad press as it got.

I'm not a big watcher, but "Emeril Live", after 10 seasons, has come to an end.

And surprisingly, "Men in Trees". I thought it was a hit.

That "Moonlight" is being cancelled. Fans are asking the Sci-Fi Channel to pick it up. I would never have thought I would like a show about vampires but I loved it.

I thought "Cane" was a pretty good show and it's gone. I almost hate to start watching new shows because the networks don't give them a chance. Some of the old longest-running hit shows started off slowly. Today, we are in the age of instant profit demands.

I'm already missing Moonlight and New Amsterdam!

My sis and I were hooked on Moonlight. The last episode was on while we were at my brother's in Oregon. We left everyone outside around the fire pit and went in to watch it!

New shows ran every week starting in the fall and up til summer. Then, we watched reruns or summer replacement shows, like Sonny and Cher.

Now, the networks throw a few new shows at us in the fall and then break it up with reruns and then more new shows. It's really distracting and we end up missing some of the new ones.

The networks often pander to the younger demographic and the shows reflect that. Also, shows often play to the dumbed down of America. It isn't enough that a show is well written, casted, and acted out; it has to catch fire in less than one season.

Yea! I like Big Bang Theory (although i missed most putting my son to bed). I also like Criminal Minds.

I thought for sure they wouldn't give Big Bang Theory much of a chance. Sheldon, one of the main charaters, most agree, has Asperger's Syndrome (autism spectrum) so it is near and dear to my heart. It is funny too.

Is so well written and acted and the material is intellectual in such a silly way. I'm glad it's still on. I would have thought it would have a very narrow audience appeal. I'm glad such a good show made the cut.
