I'm avoiding sugar and carbs, taking diflucan and nystatin, and taking 18 million units of proboitics per day.

Every now and then, I start itching on my arms and legs (no hives). Is the itching from Candida die off or from Candida overgrowth?

What do you use to kill Candida?

    Thanks!

Candida and candida "die-off" is notorious for causing extreme, relentless itching deep underneath the skin with no visible rash.
