I've read that if you rub castor oil into achy/arthritic joints it relieves pain greatly.?
Has anyone by chance tried this remedy?

My one knee is really acting up.
I notice alot of pain in it after sitting or laying or walking too far.
    Thanks

I have a thread going about it. Pain relief is almost instant, and it smells just like chamomile. I get the gel by A. Vogel, but there are creams too.

Yuk! I would'nt want it in my mouth thats for sure!
I've heard of people using it back in the old days for a laxitive??
I also heard you can just rub a few drops into the achy joint and wa la! ?? I may try it if its cheap enough.
    :)
I heard its also good for your skin.? makes it smooth.

    Take care

It was treatment of choice in UK. Another good think is called kaolin poultice. This is clay you heat up and put in cloth(modern hydrolalators do same thing) you boil it, then put pack on. Wonderful remember castor oil is poisonous, those laxatives came close to kiling quite a few!!!!
