If asthma cuts down your oxygen intake has anyone questioned if it is related to fatigue, depression, etc. I've thought for years I was either crazy or lazy, but after reading about asthma (diagnosed with it several years ago plus arthritis, allergy, depression, fibromyalgia, Hashimoto's and a partridge on a pear tree) & remembering some of the episodes in restaurants (hospitalization) no doctor could ever explain or find a reason why I have been tired and/or in pain (except maybe mental) for 30 some years, it seems like a logical connection. Any help out there with this?

Hi Bluelady, welcome to the board. I don't have asthma, so can't help with that question.

My brother had asthma, but did not have FM/CFS.

I have FM, have had it now for over 20 years.

Glad you found our board. I know there are quite a few people here do have Asthma, so you will be getting some more responses to your post.

This board is moving so fast for the last week, that you might have to 'bump' your post back to the first page so others will see it.

    Again, welcome to the board.

    Shalom, Shirl
