Cherries for sleep

    I saw a report this weekend that said eating cherries before bedtime can help you sleep. Cherries are rich in melatoma which will relax you and help you fall asleep.

    Do chocolate covered cherries count??

    I make a smoothie with frozen sweet cherries, a little yogurt, couple tablespoons of flax meal and a little udo's oil. I haven't noticed if it helps me sleep, but it's very nutritious, and yum!
