chest pain

    As anyone experienced cheast pain? I have it so bad and at times have ended up in the hospital. if i over reach or bend my chest hurts I've had this for couple of years. but sometimes it gets so hard i think i'm having a heart attack..and when i get to the hospital i'm treated for it as having one.. but we know it's not..any chest pains anyone. I'd love to hear it

    Costo-chondritis would be my strong guess. Heat, anti-inflammatories, muscle relaxers and rest should help, but it tends to be chronic in fibro, esp. if you are big-busted. Also avoid underwire bras and eating huge meals.
    I have had fibro for 18 yrs. and costo-chondritis for 16 yrs., so I empathize. I find it tends to be worse in cold weather, so I make sure to keep my chest really warm.

    basically it's fluid in my heart sack.....lots of pressure and pain in my heart. It's from imflation during flare ups. No fun and can be danagerous.......but what the heck isn't in our medical lives? lol...

    I hope yours isn't serious though.
