Does any one use their Chi Swing on a regular basis and if so what if any improvements have you seen?

I don't know what a chi swing is.

The machine I have is to us lying on the ground You put your ankles in it, and ly there and it sways your body back and forth. It is supposed to be good for the immune system and circulation. It is relaxing.

Mine is the same where you lay down and put your ankels in it but it was called a Chi Swing....just different name brands maybe? Do you think that other than being relaxing it has helped you in anyway?

It was my Mom's and she thought it helped her neuropathy. I never think to use it but I should. I've got nothing to lose by trying it. I have used it on a couple of occasions without feeling much, but I think one has to do it on a regular basis.

I have one and use it all the time. I think it does a couple of things for me --
    1. Keeps me loose and relaxed.
    2. Keeps the fluids moving in my body and the leg swelling down.
I sleep better when I use the chi swing. It really does help all my muscles relax.
