Choosing a protein supplement

    I'm going to start taking an amino acid supplement to make sure I'm getting enough - what should I look for when choosing a brand? Is it essential to have the 20 useful aa's in the compound? Does it matter what the ratios are?

    I'm also vegetarian so want to choose one that is suitable for me.

    I've been searching on the net and most seem to have 17-18 aa's...
    Would something like this be ok?

    EDIT: I've just found this on their website:

    You can build your own formula! 21 aa's to choose from, as well as extra stuff like d-ribose. Seems good - any advice on the percentages?
