I haven't posted for a along time and was recently denied my SSDI after One year. I have been sick for 1.8 years. Due to my inability to use my hands or comprehend the application forms I hired an attorney in Florida from the beginning. He was recommended to me by a local support group for his interest and familiarity with CFIDS and FMS. Now I am living in the "small town" that I grew up in and cannot decide if I am better off with the attorney who understands my illness or one who might have a better connection within our "local" judicial system. If any one has had experience with this, please advise. Thank you... P.S My doctors are all out of state as well since no local doctors treat this illness here either.
