I have problems with dizziness. Can't put my finger on the trigger. It feels like what I expect a diabetic person feels when their blood sugar is off. I get dizzy just looking around the room - moving my eyes.

I also feel nauseous quite a bit.

I notice it most in the morning before I've eaten and in the afternoon - regardless of whether I've eaten or not.

My doc said my last tests revealed insulin resistance so that may be part of this.

I also have orthostatic hypotension which makes me feel the need to lay down a lot. That may also be what's going on. I noticed the other day when it happened I reclined in a chair and the dizziness stopped.

What are your thoughts on what might be causing your dizziness?
