I can remember reading a post a long time ago about a certain ingredient in cold medicine that was apparently helpful in relieving fms symptoms.I have been taking one for a cold recently and I agree. I feel so much better!! Does anyone remember that post or know anything about this?

I think you are talking about guaifenesin. I'm glad you are feeling better, but to follow the guaifenesin protocol, you need to take it separately and avoid all products that have salicilates (sp?) in them as they block the guai from helping you. I tried this program for over a year, but it didn't help me. If you want more info on this, a would post another message as we have some people here, like Mikey, who have been helped by following this program.

There is a book called by Dr. Armand who started this program.
