Does anyone happen to know if it's o.k. to take Transfer Factor and/or Colostrum if you are allergic to dairy. Tulip

I read somewhere that alot of people with dairy allergies can take Colostrum with no problems. They said to try a low dose at first and then increase it slowly to see if you can tolerate it. That is all I can offer you for now. I just started the Colostrum myself and I remember reading the above info during my research. Love, Hippen

I'm milk intolerant and I can manage 2 caps of colustrum a day but have never been able to go above that. When searching the www I found a very potent form of colostrum (50% IgG) which is tolerated better by those with this allergy/intolerance. It's available from Mary' Herbal Garden.

Transfer Factor should be alright but many of the whey based products can be a real problem for us.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers
