Comment about FFC's

    It really seems to me that if all the FFC's were worried about was making money that they would definitely take insurance, because this way they would get many more patients. They spend an hour with you, not just the usual 10 minutes. This is why their fee is so high. I don't know exactly how insurance companies work, but I am pretty sure that they will not pay for 60 minutes of a doctor's time to one patient.

    I know that my insurance company has paid out thousands upon thousands of dollars to the many doctors that I have seen over the past 20 years concerning tis terrible disease. 90% of these doctors spent a total of 10 minutes with me only to tell me that there is nothing physically wrong with me or did not take me seriously at all.

    Some of these doctors charged my insurance $250.00 for their 10 minutes of time.

    I had my first appointment on Aug. 9th and I can honestly say that I am very hopeful and excited.
