2 days ago I got a cortisone shot in my hip for a bad sinus infection. I've never had this before. I am 34. (I haven't been sick in at least 10 years)
My question- How long will this be in my system? Quite frankly, I feel great since the shot. I have lots of energy and no problem sleeping at night. I fear that I will crash and wonder if there is anything I can do to avoid a bad "come down" from this "high".
In the meantime, I am getting a lot done while I have this extra energy!
    Any advice out there? Thanks!

they are considered the best and worst drugs....I have no idea how long it will stay in your system. I had one recently for hip bursa pain and it's helped....

To eliminate sinus infections, a good thing to consider is getting on a powerful antioxidant like grapeseed extract which I've been taking 17 yrs allergy and sinus issues anymore.
