CREATINE anyone?

    Anyone here been helped by creatine? Supposed to help body recover from exercise and recycle ATP.

    I take about 3 grams a day in my smoothie...sometimes I miss a day or two. I never noticed any boost in energy levels from it but I do have pretty good stamina now. It's not a big deal and I don't think I would notice a huge difference without it but I think it does improve endurance, which is why a lot of body builders use it. It's worth a try.

    But, It didn't help with the post exertional malaise that us CFS people have. For me, the malaise was only lifted once I got on hormone replacement. For me DHEA and Testosterone were really the key thing. But everbody is a bit different. Good luck.

    Another thing you might want to try along the same lines is Ribose. This helps the body generate ATP.
