    Here is an article about creditors garnishing social security disability benefits from your bank account--and how you are responsible for filing proper notification(sometimes referred to as "objection") with the court (and be sure to copy that to all parties including your bank) that the funds in your bank are nonexempt and are your Social Security Disability benefits.
