This one is good, have it every xmas.

1 cup peanut butter(no reduced fat or generic)
    1 jar(7ounces) marshmallow creme
    1-1/2 cups crisp rice cereal
    1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
    4teaspoons shortening

In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter and marshmallow creme;add cereal and stir until well coated. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and shortening. Microwave uncovered for 1-2 minutes or until chips are melted;stir until smooth.

Roll cereal mixture into 1-inch balls;dip in chocolate. Place on a waxed paper-lined pan. Refrigerate until set. Yields:2-1/2 dozen

4 of my favorite foods in one recipe! (Shortening isn't a food)

I actually bought a case (12 large containers) of Marshmallow Fluff because I was eating one a week.

I need to get the rice crispy cereal and I'll be making these!

Good luck with your surgery on Tuesday. You'll be in my thoughts.
