I know, I beat around the bush.. I should come out and say what I'm thinking. hehe
I'm all bloated and gasy.. And more constipated then usual by eating cultured veggies. Anyone know if this is normal?

What are the cultured veggies supposed to look like when they are ready to eat? The liquid is kinda thick. But there is no bubbling or anything that i would expect?

Do they look like art? Do they grow with good music?
I bet they have good taste? What kind of liquid are you talking about? Now it's the uncultured ones like beans that give you trouble. I know it's not funny to be bloated and gassy. Please be more specific.

cultured vegetables are basically cabbage, carrots and garlic processed and left in an air tight container to ferment for several days. This was recommended in the body ecology diet book for ridding your body of candida..
I thought I'd give it a shot... Give it to kimelia, she'll eat anything. haha
