    Eph. 1:3-10

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord
Jesus Christ, In Christ, God has given us every
spiritual blessing in the heavenly world.

(i'm just beginning to realize how complete and whole
i am, in Jesus, in my inner man. This sickness dose not change that part of me, even if it changes my life.)

That is, in Christ, He chose us before the world was
made so that we would be His Holy people--
    people without blame before Him.

Because of His love, God had already decided to make us
His own children through Jesus Christ. That was
what He wanted and what pleased Him, and
it brings praise to God because of His wonderful
    grace.
(It pleased Him to make us His own! "If God is for us
who can be against us." When your mind is telling you
that you've blown it, and are condemned, even after you've gone to God for forgiveness; remember these words.

God is pleased to make me his own, he has forgiven me and washed away my sins. He is on my side, and dosen't want me to fail, isn't looking for a reason to punish me.)

God gave that grace to us freely, in
Christ, the One He loves. In Christ we are set
free by the blood of His death, and so we have
forgiveness of sins. How rich is God's grace,
which He has given to us so fully and freely.

God, with full wisdom and understanding, let
us know His secret purpose. This was what
God wanted, and He planned to do it through
Christ. His goal was to carry out His plan,
when the right time came, that all things in
heaven and on earth would be joined together
    in Christ as the head.
(God's grace, so fully and freely given,WoW! That's too much for me to figure out. He used a great big huge measure scoop for us, not a tiny little teaspoon. His grace is sufficent.)

My thoughts are in parentethis, the rest is scripture.

May the Lord Bless you and keep you.

Just reread the first part, this v. "Because of His love, God had already decided to make us His own children through Jesus Christ."

Before God even made the world, and us, He already knew we needed Jesus, and made plans to send Him. Jesus wasn't plan B after things went wrong. Jesus is plan A God's love for us.
Am i getting that right? That's how i read it.
