    Today I am bending and stretching.

    You have heard it many times. Exercise is vitally important to your health. It improves your endurance, strength, flexibility and even your emotional status. Physical exercise has many benefits and Heaven knows that the fitness industry has benefited from the many people attempting to stay in shape. There is lots of bending and stretching going on in health spas all over the country.

    What about you? Are you in shape? Have you been exercising? Sure, you may have a health club membership or you may have an exercise routine to keep you physically fit but what about exercising your spiritual muscle? It is time to get in shape! It is time to start bending down on your knees in prayer and stretching your arms and hands to the Heavens in praise and thanksgiving. Consistent and regular spiritual exercise will keep you in tune with your Heavenly Father and allow you to be ready to face whatever comes your way. Ready....bend and stretch!
