Today I am remembering that goodbyes can lead to great reunions.

Goodbyes are never easy and they arrive all too soon. Some goodbyes are only temporary and are soon replaced with a joyful reunion. Other goodbyes have more permanence and may leave you feeling empty, lonely, afraid, and vulnerable.

You are never really alone even though you may feel that you are. When goodbyes leave you feeling empty or afraid remember that God is always available to you. He is the One that you will never have to say goodbye to. In fact, when you are a believer and walk with Him you have a reunion with Him in Heaven to look forward to. See sometimes it is not goodbye at all, it is really "see you later". Don't get discouraged by goodbyes. They sometimes lead to the best reunions ever,

You may have trouble saying goodbye. Now you know that you can say "so long" instead and then start looking forward to a blessed reunion. - Gail Lindsay
