Today I am remembering to live in the moment.

Children are precious. They are full of energy and imagination. They are full of life and obtain enjoyment from simple pleasures. Watch them as they experience something new or achieve a milestone. Their _expression of joy is enough to invigorate an entire room full of adults. Young children live life for the moment. Their minds are uncluttered and free from the distraction and expectations of adult life. They view simple experiences and achievements as monumental occasions of joy and happiness.

Young children can act as good role models for adults. We can learn a lot from them and be reminded of the joy we once experienced when our lives were, like theirs, full of awe and amazement. Each day is an opportunity to have fun and spread joy to others. No worries, no stress, no anxiety but rather a life full of wonder, happiness, and amazement. When was the last time you let go, gave your worries and concerns to God, and lived in the moment fully enjoying the experiences of the day?

you may not be able to remember the last time you went through a day trusting God and living life for the moment. Now you know that you can count on Him to lift your burden and just for today experience the complete joy you once felt long ago.- Gail Lindsay

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:34

Little children are so innocent and carefree! I agree that we could learn alot from watching them. Great post. Thanks for sharing it!
