Night-time muscle twitching (myoclonic)is something I posted a message about myself a couple weeks ago.

But I am wondering...I have muscle twitches during the day as well. But, not as extreme as when I go to bed.

I will be sitting at the computer or watching TV or in class and my ankle, leg, arm, hand...whatever can "jump."

What do you think about that?

    Love to all,

The muscles in my shoulders will start jumping when I'm exposed to certain chemicals, especially fragrance.

Yes I have twitching randoming throughout the day and night. I did find that accupuncture helped. But of course it's expensive. It's a strange sensation to jump like that isn't!

I have this probelem with my left eye. I can feel it but you can't always see it if you are looking at me.

My back at my shoulders has muscles twitches and burning most all the time. It is worse for me during the day but I take less pain meds then....not by choice but really more necessity.

I have 3 kids and I won't drive on pain meds for fear of an accident.
