Had surgery a week ago. Things turned out pretty good. Still havinh pain and numbness.

Did not realize how weak my right hand was until i had this surgery.

After all is done, I will have one good hand with the left and right hands combined. excuse the mistakes.

Hi. I had the de Quervain's surgery on my right hand, along with carpal tunnel and a trigger finger release, in 2004. Had the same, but not carpal tunnel, on my left hand last March.

My hands are better, but the left wrist is acting up again. I was told by my surgeon that the deQuervain's surgery has a 50-50 chance of a good outcome. Still, it was worth the effort of the surgery. Glad to hear that so far you are improving.

take care, take time to heal, ok?
