I am having a really tough time. My husband was layed off in October. I was on short term disability but had to return to work, only to find out the business will be closing on April 1st. Have fibro and really bad depression. Went to the GYN today and learned that I have to have an ultrasound and biopsy as my polyps and pre cancer cells may have returned. If so, I will have to have a hysterectomy. I will have lost any chance to have children with my current husband. Our bank account is negative $9.00 and I don't get paid again for 2 weeks and his unemployment benefits have run out. I just needed to vent...thanks for listening. This is a great message board.

    Elizajane,

I don't have the words to express to you how sorry I am. I had a miscarriage a few months ago so I understand somewhat the pain you must be feeling. I had to be tested for cervical cancer as well a few years ago, boy that was no fun & my boy friend at the time could have cared less about me.

As for a negative balance in the checkbook been their too.
Life can be so hard & so unfair. It rains & pours all at the same time.

Is there anyone you can turn to for financial assistance until you get paid? The church, a close family member? Maybe a payday loan until you get paid? I am not proud to say, but we have had to do all the above before to survive. Money is not abundant by any stretch of the imagination coming from this end.

I wish I could help more. Just hang on. Try not to overstress yourself. Take a warm bath & put on some comfy pjs & curl up with a good book & something soothing to drink (tea, hot cocoa).

Talk to a friend. We are your friends here as well. Sometimes when I get worked up or too upset I call my mom.

I wish I could do more for you. You wonder why bad things happen to such good people.

I feel like a silly nettie for complaining about my aches Pains now knowing what you are going through.

I will be hoping for the best & that your situation will turn around for you quickly and for the good.

Let me know if there is anything I could possibly do for you.

    love your friend,
    Dawn

P.S.-I am a good listener you can come to me anytime & I will always try to help or just listen..whatever you need

So sorry to hear of all that is going on in your life. Like someone else said it's hard for me to complain when I hear others stories.

I'm saying a prayer that all you and your husband needs comes your way.

    Please take care,
    Susan07

Thank you so much for your kind words and support. I don't want to be too whiney....I have many blessings...a loving husband who understands and is so very kind, good solid family and friends. A warm house and food to eat. Good medical care.

As Dawn said, when it rains it seems to pour.
It's harder and harder every year to make a living even if you are healthy. When disabled with FM it's nearly impossible. I have to work, but then I have no life because after work I must rest, then on weekends, I must clean. Sometimes I clean on Saturday and sleep literally all day on Sunday plus Sunday night.

I know all of you have experienced these things....I read today about yet another person who committed suicide as a result of having FM. I would never do that...but I have to say I understand......God bless each and every one of you...Thank you so much you are all in my prayers.....

Don't worry! My girlfriend just had the same thing as you. They used a laser. Only get a hysterectomy as a last resort. I had a hysterectomy when I was 28. You could always adopt. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxooooooooo praying for you.
