Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction in terms of how to define these? I find myslef at a loss when trying to explain how I feel due to general fuzziness on the basic types.

I think I have an idea (neuralgia, arthralgia, myalgia) but need a little hand-holding here....

    Anyone have any roadmaps?

    thanks, in advance,

I think the best thing you can do is get a copy of Devin Starlanyl's book; 'Fibromyalgia & Chronic Myofascial Pain Syndrome (A Survival Manual) .

She explains the pain to the max, you will be suprised how simple she makes getting yourself across to a doctor, as well as family members and friends.

The author is a suffer of Fibro herself, in the back of her book she has a section on 'Finding your Primary Care Physician' which would be of great help in the area you are asking about.

She even has a worksheet for interviewing doctors!

    Wonderful book, well worth reading.

    Hope this helps.
