Deodorant approach that works for me

    Due to concerns about deodorants, aluminum etc. I started
    using Tom's of Maine deodorant but I still stank! (putting
    it subtly, ha ha).

    Someone on this board mentioned baking soda and although
    baking soda alone wasn't effective, I have found that
    putting on Tom's (something else similar prob. wd. work too)
    then powdering on baking soda with a little cotton pad
    is just the right combo.

    No more "honey, can you keep your arms down?" comments.

    Worth a try, and let me know if it works for anyone else.

    Don't forget cornstarch. It goes on real smoothly.

    I have not worn deodorant for aprox 10 yrs and I never smell I was a hairdresser so had my arms above ppl in the summer I do wash underarms at lunch time I was not allowed to shave either (luckily now have about 2 hairs each side)used to get infected sweat glands often dr said only way to stop this I also live in Aust where summers are very hot, cannot help with anything to stop smell maybe try and go with out and wash often to start off sorry that is all I can suggest

    deodorant crystals work great!!! try them. they last forever and a day and work really good. if i use regular ones i get cysts.. :p
