Does anyone think that attending church or some type of worship service helps their depression?

That would be so individual, but I always felt it might help me. Its just I cannot seem to get myself out of the house in time.

I will tell you one thing that really helped depression was starting bio identical hormone therapy. I am age 55 and I truly felt my feelings were hormone related and sure enough,
when I started the therapy I felt alot better.

Mine our compounded by a lab in Colorado and mailed to me. I got them from the FFC office (Dr. Holtorf) in Torrance, CA.

I don't know your age, maybe you are too young but sometimes people have hormone imbalances in the peri-menopause period. You might consider getting tested.
