I find relief from taking Pregnenalone in the morning.

My doc just prescribe the DHEA/pregnenalone combo. I've read a bunch of stuff on how pregnenalone is supposed to help you.

Recently, since I started taking this combo, I've been getting intense migraines. Has anyone had experience with this? Should I stop taking the combo??

I read one post on another board that complained of this happening..

I have been taking a DHEA/pregnenolone cream for about 4 to 5 weeks now. I haven't had any problems with it.

Believe it or not, my muscle tone is improving !!
    All right !!!

I don't know why your headaches are occurring. In my hormone information, I haven't been able to find any reference to headache side effects.

Of course that doesn't mean it can't happen. We are so sensitive with these illnesses.

I hope you feel better soon. I believe strongly that our hormones get thrown out of wack with CFS/FM. In hopes of a remission, I think it is important to balance them out.

Maybe you can call your doctor for some input and direction.

    Take care,
