I thought I found a treat to have on my candida cleanse diet - organic almond butter. The only ingredient was dry roasted almonds. When I looked more closely, it was made in a facility that also processes peanuts and soy nuts and may contain traces of those. So I figured that was out. Then I decided to make my own nut butter, and I got walnut oil and walnuts. In the middle of making it, I looked at the oil and saw that it too was made in a facility that processes peanuts. Have I messed up my diet?
