Hey I just got a request the Social Security for an up date. It seems like an easy form to fill out but I know there is nothing easy with the Government. Is there anything that I need to watch how I answer? I am a very truthful individual and just want to make sure I do this correctly. Any help out there.

I think you just need to answer it honestly.

SSI disability recipients and social security disability recipients have their cases reviewed, or re-evaluated, every one, three, or seven years.

This is known as a cdr, or continuing disability review.

Generally speaking, most disability claimants will have their benefits continued following a review. To be taken off benefits, disability determination services must be able to show that a claimant's medical condition has improved, to the extent that they no longer meet the social security administration's definition of disability.
