    There is a fee. I read about this in the June 2010 Costco magazine. In the article an example of one discount someone received was when the site owner and his wife moved to smaller home to accommodate his wife’s disability. The county recorder notified them that they were entitled to a property tax discount because the move was to replace the residence of person with disabilities.

    about this before you did. Too funny, must be the zeitgeist. Not sure where I heard about it.

    I too am wondering if anyone has had any experience with the program. It is set up by state, so that you can find specific state-by-state help. But there's no way to preview it without spending the $25 first.
