I HAVE FMS. I'VE HAD PROBLEMS WITH BALANCE AND DIZZYNESS FOR YEARS. IT SEEMS TO BE GETTING WORSE LATELY. EXPECTLY WHEN I GET UP FROM SITTING FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. A PERSON WOULD THINK I WAS DRUNK TO SEE ME WALK. I'M JUST LEARNING WHAT ALL GOES WITH FMS. I FINALLY FOUND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH ME IN FEB. OF THIS YEAR. IN SOME WAYS I'M GLAD TO KNOW WHAT I HAVE BUT IN OTHERS IT'S OVERWHELMING.

HOPE THIS YEAR FINDS YOU BETTER HEALTH AND FREE OF PAIN.

Try OTC meclazine to help with this. It has helped me.

i will mention meclazine to my doc. thx so much.
i just worry about WHY i have it almost more than dealing with it in itself.
  6. Have you had your blood pressure checked lately?

I used to get dizzy to where the room would spin, now I get more lightheadedness. Everything you describe I have gotten. I was giagnosed with EBV about 17 years ago. Over the years many symptoms have come and gone. I just don't feel well. It is hard to explain. I am always fearful that the worst will return. It is always in the back of my mind.

Know how you feel. Hang in there.

Hope you have a good year. I hope we all have a good year!

    fibrobutterfly,
my bloodpressure seems to be on the low end. Sometimes it gets low.
I have fainted in the past.
The other board i go to for lyme says i probably have orthostatic hypotension and it effects me in MANY ways AND that my lyme has caused it.
