Do you ever feel like you're breathing smoky air?

I've had this sensation for weeks: The air feels harsh in my mouth and throat, and almost smells like smoke. I did a lot of checking in the house before I realized the problem was with me. I connected it with some allergy symptoms I've been having, but now I'm thinking it may have more to do with my current FMS flare as I'm also experiencing the old familiar metallic taste in my mouth on and off.

Has anyone else had this sensation of smelling smoke when it doesn't exist?

Hi, I don"t have the smokey feeling but it does feel like I'm breathing cold glue and my lungs hurt. I also have the metalic taste in my mouth on and off. It freaks me out, I've asked my doctor about it but he doesn't seem to be always! I get these symptoms when I'm going through a flare or a crash. Hope this helps. :)

Well, maybe just a little bit less crazy. :)

    Thanks, all!
