I get them everywhere including my head and face and legs and arms etc. Sometimes they hurt and sometimes they feel faint. So just wondering. Thanks Spacey?

Yes. I get them all over my back. A heating pad helps. I think magnesium is supposed to help, but I haven't yet found a brand that helps me. Do you take magnesium?

Muscle spasms are one of my worst symptoms (FM). They can be just about anywhere on my body, but occur most often in a part that I've "overused" in some way -- which can be as little as writing a note or walking to the mailbox! And sometimes they are unbearable.

I have a prescription muscle relaxer (Zanaflex) and have also found a heating pad or a warm rice bag to be helpful. At least some of the time!

    Best wishes,
    Janelle

try the baclofen ,it works me.Well sort of . It does make some people sleepy but not everyone.
