do you have to lie down on the floor, and then you can't get up?

Since spending more energy to go out and try a new doctor last week, I have episodes where I have to lie down on the floor immediately, and then I can't get up.

My muscles are too weak to lift me. I can lie in this state for hours, not able to move or to push myself up no matter how hard I try. All the strength has been sucked out of me. All I can move is my hands a little bit. And my voice goes too weak to call for help.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I've never had anything that extreme happen, but it definitely sounds horrible and scary, and I'd want to call my doctor right away about something that severe. That would put me in such a state of panic.

I'll be thinking of you. I hope you get some advice, and some relief.

I do not know what I would do if in that position. For me it is akin to going to bed and being too exhausted to turn over. That happens to me often.
