    Hello all:

I went to my Fibromyalgia doctor yesterday and I was telling him about a knotted up feeling in my stomach.
It was like my muscles in the area were grinding in and out.

He said that yes, it was from the fibromyalgia.

Anyone else had a problem like this.

sounds like ibs. and if i was you i would start educating myself about what a healthy digestive tract needs to run on, and it is not antacids or mylanta. I would also educate myself about how the digestive tract plays a major role in many disorders--including fibro and cfs.

Probiotics, essential fatty acids, fish oil, high fiber, digestive enzymes are an enormous help with any digestive tract disorder. also suspect chronic candidiases in stomach issues and fibro and cfs. i can go on and on--but it is up to you. I suggest the book---"I was poisoned by my body---the odyssey of a doctor who overcame cfs, fibro, and mcs." she speaks alot about toxins and leaky guy syndrome--why the mainstream community does not look at this is beyond my comprehension., good luck

I agree about the foods and am very careful (as much as I can be) with them.

Well, last night I was so sick I did not know what to do.
I am up and around today, but feel like a zombie.
