I get these terriable yawning fits, where I can't stop yawning??? Then it is almost always followed by a headache, nausea, and severe pain. Just wanted to see if this might be related to the fm or what. I also have diabetes type 1, bipolar, and hypothroid. But the only meds I take are, zoloft, ativan, synthroid, insulin, and prn darvocet, xanax. Oh yeah , my sugars are almost always within normal range, so it isnt from that. Take care ev1. Bye 4 now...:-D

I get them at night. I yawn so hard my eyes water just like I'm crying. I also am hypothyroid. No diabetes. but I am on zoloft. No headaches or anything afterward.

I have found (very odd) that when I eat pasta or very high carbo meal, 2 hours later blood sugar drops rapidly and I start the yawning and start getting very cold

It took me awhile to figure this out!

Hi, I've heard that this can be caused by lack of Potassium, maybe try looking up Potassium deficiency on the web????
