    Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone is taking fish oil EPA/DHA Omega 3's, and if yes, what benefits have you had from it?

I am starting to take a Supplement with 650mg of EPA, 450mg of DHA, and 1280mg of other Omega 3's.

Any feed back would be appreciated. I do take other supplements that help me, and find it gets very expensive, so I am weaning off of some to see which are working best. And was wondering what positive effects others were having from this supplement.

Before I started taking fish oil about 3 or 4 years ago, I would wake up in the morning and hardly be able to straighten my fingers out they were so stiff. Omega-3 definitely changed that for the better. I hardly have trouble with stiff fingers now. Maybe it's helping other stiff joints too, but don't want to stop taking it to find out.

Not too much help for me. I might try out some other form (vegetable source)
