    Hello,

I've recently moved from England to New York, and after reading up on the topic, I think I may well have CFS.

I live in Manhattan, New York, and would like to see a physician that has experiences in treating CFS.

Please forward me details of anyone that could help. Much appreciated.

    Daniel

Hi Daniel, heres a list of doctors in New York, I am sure there must be one close to Manhattan listed here. I am not familiar with N.Y. I am from the Southern part of the states.
I know we have many members from your state, and they will be sharing their doctors with you also.

Again, welcome to the board and good luck with a doctor.

    Shalom, Shirl

    Here are three I've seen:

Rheumatologist: Bruce Solitar (specializes in FM; uses guaifenesin and other drugs to treat FM)

Susan Levine: immunologist and infectious disease specialist specializing in CFS, FM and allergy. Long waits in her office to see her; she spends very little time with each patient too. You can get vitamin/mineral drips at her office.

Leo Galland: a brilliant internist. specializes in hard medical cases, including CFS and FM and parasites. a complementary physician, who treats with supplements and pharmaceuticals, whatever is best for the patient. Participates in no medical plans. Spends 20 minutes with the patient, and the waits in her office are generally not too long to see him.
