I seem to suffer from them all the time and they are quite unpleasant especially when i am in bed. Anyone suffer from this?

If I happen to have my head turned when I swallow, I get a muscle cramp in my throat - I never knew you could get this.

Yes, it happens a lot in bed, since I usually have my head turned to the side.

i suffer from them really bad, they even trigger off panic attacks in me which are quite frightening.

My attacks are actually worst at night and make going to bed uncomfortable.

About a month ago, I could barely talk. The muscles in my throat just didn't work. Sometimes worse than others. I found out that was a side effect of neurontin. With my doctors approve, I stopped taking them to see if it would help. Soon I was better and now I am back to normal. My husband kept saying I just needed to rest my voice. Barbarann

I get them in bed and when I'm sitting in a reclining position.

I don't like the way they prevent me from swallowing either but I've learn to change position, relax things as much as possible, and know now it will soon ease off.
